The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the motorcycle model BMW S 1000 RR of the construction years 2016 to 2018. This product enables quick and safe attachment of Hepco & Becker tank bags to the machine.

Properties of tankring basic

The tanking is characterized by simple assembly and a robust mechanical locking. Once attached, it enables the tank lid to be easily opened. The tanking is supplied together with a model -specific counter holder, which can be adapted to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar.

The basic tanking differs from the lock-it tanking by the type of locking. While the basic tanking works purely mechanically, the lock-IT fueling magnets support the centering of the backpack on the tank. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.
