The GIVI aluminum side case Trekker Outback Evo 48 are specifically for the motorcycle model R 1200 GS designed for the years 2013 to 2015. These cases each have a volume of 48 liters and are made of high-quality aluminum. The natural aluminum surface not only gives the cases an attractive look, but also ensures they are highly resistant to environmental influences.

The MONOKEY® CAM SIDE Fastening technology enables the cases to be attached securely and stably to the motorcycle. The Evo versions of these cases are equipped with vibration-damping elements made of die-cast aluminum, which also have new lower attachment points. This construction ensures increased stability even on uneven surfaces.

Improved functionality

The cases have a renewed lid opening system reinforced with stainless steel. This system allows the lid to be completely removed or the hinge to be locked. A newly developed hook system makes it easier to tilt the cases without having to completely remove them from the holder, which is particularly practical when a top case is mounted.

The suitcases also come with a Security lock closure equipped, which increases the security of the luggage. When ordering a set consisting of two side cases, an additional locking cylinder is included, which can also be attached to a top case in order to be able to operate all containers with just one key.

The waterproofness of the cases is guaranteed through special tests in which the cases are exposed to simulated heavy rain.
