The Hepco & Becker tanking Basic has been specially developed for the models BMW F 900 GS Adventure of the construction years 2024 to 2025. This accessory serves the stable attachment of a tank bag directly on the motorcycle.

The tanking enables the tank cover to be opened easily even when fueling is mounted. The scope of delivery includes the tanking basic and the corresponding counterholder, which is attached to the tank bag depending on the tank shape and handlebar.

Differences to other tanking systems

While the Basic tanking only mechanically locked, additional magnets support the centering of the tank bag in the Lock-IT system. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring.

It should be noted that tank bags and counterholder must be compatible within the same system. A change between basic and lock-IT systems is not possible.
