The Alurack from Hepco & Becker is a top case carrier developed for the R 1200 RT model from 2014 to 2018. This luggage rack is characterized by a combination of a robust steel structure and an aluminum carrier plate. It is precisely tailored to the contours and the design of the machine, which enables seamless integration into the overall picture of the motorcycle.

Function and compatibility

The aluminum support supports the absorption of Hepco & Becker TopCases and certain soft luggage. It is not suitable for top cases with a universal plastic plate. A special hanger is required for the assembly of the Hepco & Becker Alu Standard Case 35 (article number: 700007350 or 700007351).

Security and recommendations

• Recommended payload: 5 kg, taking into account the model -specific information and the assembly instructions.
• Heavy luggage should preferably be transported in the side cases or the tank bag to increase driving safety.
• Recommended top speed with mounted luggage: 130 km/h.
• The product is designed exclusively for the standard condition of the machine and is not tested with additional accessories such as exhaust systems, changed license plate holders or indicators.
