A cruise control speed stabilizer is an essential accessory for motorcyclists looking for comfort and control on long rides. The KAOKO Cruise Control Cruise Control Speed Stabilizer offers an innovative solution to regulating speed that is both safe and user-friendly.
A cruise control speed stabilizer is a throttle control mechanism that allows the driver to lock the throttle at a desired position. The KAOKO Throttle Stabilizer Kit consists of a simple, ingenious and robustly constructed friction nut that is integrally connected to a special KAOKO™ bar end weight. This final weight is closely matched in appearance and weight to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) final weight.
To activate: While the throttle is being turned on, the friction nut can be held between your pinky finger and the palm of your hand. This action tightens the nut and creates enough friction to hold the throttle grip in the desired position. The friction allows the rider to continue to open and close the throttle, although with a slight resistance.
To deactivate: While turning back the throttle, hold the friction nut between your pinky finger and the palm of your hand. The throttle grip should open freely and close quickly when properly deactivated.
Installing the KAOKO cruise control speed stabilizer is easy and can be done yourself in just a few minutes. In most cases, installation only requires removing the OEM handlebar end weight on the throttle grip side and replacing it with the KAOKO Cruise Control Kit.
