In addition to the tanking, the tanking basic also includes a customizable counter holder, which is mounted on the tank bag depending on the specific tank shape and handlebar impact. The tank lid remains fully accessible even when tanking is attached, which the use is considerably simplified.

Differences to other tanking systems

The main difference between the basic tanking and the lock-IT tanking is the type of locking. While the basic tanking locked purely mechanically, the Lock-IT system magnets support the centering of the tank bag. However, both systems use the same model -specific metal ring as the basis.
