The GIVI Sport-Touring TanklockED tank bag for the R 1200 GS model (built between 2013 and 2015) is characterized by its functionality and high-quality materials. Made of thermoformed EVA covered with 600D polyester and PU, these materials ensure high UV resistance in accordance with the ISO 4892-2:3013 standard, which simulates 500 hours of exposure in a closed Q-Sun Xenon chamber. The materials used are also REACH-compliant.

Assembly and safety

The tank bag is mounted on the tank using a special ED system with a fastening ring (not included). An integrated security lock offers additional protection against theft, as the backpack cannot be attached or removed without a key. The key is only needed to secure the backpack when the motorcycle is unattended. The lock is compatible with the security locks of the GIVI top cases and side cases (SL102 / SL103 or SL105).

Installation and Compatibility Notes:

• The tank ring for mounting the tank bag must be purchased separately.
