Features of the product

The GIVI Sport-Touring TanklockED tank bag, developed for the 1199 PANIGALE model from 2012 to 2013, offers a combination of functionality and safety. The backpack is made of thermoformed EVA coated with 600D polyester and PU. These materials are UV resistant according to the ISO 4892-2:3013 standard and can withstand 500 hours of exposure in a closed Q-Sun Xenon chamber. In addition, all materials used comply with the REACH regulation.

The tank bag has several useful features:

• Reflective elements for better visibility
• Integrated rain protection
• Carry handle and adjustable shoulder strap for easy transport
• Security features such as a security lock
• Waterproof, removable smartphone holder
• Cable outlet compatible with the GIVI Powerhub charging system

The tank bag is mounted on the tank using a special fastening ring (not included). An integrated security lock provides additional protection by securing the backpack when the vehicle is unattended. This lock is compatible with the security locks of the GIVI top cases, side cases, the trolley plate and the tool box with the numbers SL102, SL103 or SL105.

Please note: The tank ring for mounting the tank bag is not included in the scope of delivery. In addition, GIVI products are specifically designed for vehicles in their original condition. Compatibility with accessories from other manufacturers, such as exhaust systems, cannot be guaranteed. It is recommended that assembly be carried out by a qualified mechanic.
