Husqvarna TE 610 E Dual H7 - coupling train - increased execution

Step 1: Preparation

Make sure you have all the tools you need: wrenches, pliers and the new reinforced clutch train. Switch off the motorcycle and secure it on a stable stand.

Step 2: Access to the coupling

Remove the cover of the clutch area to get access to the clutch train. Depending on the model, this can require some screws. Make sure to keep the screws in a safe place.

Step 3: Remove the old clutch train

Solve the old clutch train from the clutch lever attachment and carefully pull it out. Check the condition of the old train and write down any signs of wear.

Step 4: Install new clutch train

Give the new reinforced clutch train at the same place where the old clutch train has been removed. Make sure that the train is laid correctly and has no friction with other parts.

Step 5: Setting the clutch train

Set the clutch train so that it has the right pressure on the clutch lever. This can be done by turning the adjustment screw at the end of the train. Test the lever to ensure that the clutch works properly.

Step 6: completion and test

Bring the cover back to your place and secure all screws. Start the motorcycle and test the clutch in idle. Check whether everything works perfectly before going on the street.
