Product description: Hepco & Becker Easyrack for BMW R 1200 GS

The EasyRack from Hepco & Becker is a top case carrier developed for the BMW R 1200 GS (construction years 2004-2007). This system includes a model -specific assembly kit and an adapter plate that is designed for the absorption of Hepco & Becker TopCases or soft luggage. It should be noted that the Easyrack is not compatible with top cases that use a universal plastic plate.

Technical details and scope of delivery

• Basic construction made of robust steel with a carrier plate made of aluminum
• The complete set includes the EasyRack top case carrier, assembly kit and a detailed assembly instruction
• No additional adapters required for the assembly of top cases
• Excellent surface processing
• Technically similar to the aluminum top case carrier, but the temple can be folded in for the top case absorption when not in use
• Identical basic carrier like the aluminum model
• No general operating license (ABE) or registration required
• Recommended payload: 5 kg (please note additional model -specific information and the assembly instructions)
• Note on loading: heavy luggage should preferably be transported in side cases or a tank bag.
• Recommended top speed with a mounted top case: 130 km/h
• Developed for the original condition of the machine; Not tested with additional accessories such as exhaust systems, license plate holders or other indicators.
